For centuries many cultures have utilized fire for cooking, warmth and energy, and the candle for illumination as well as for magical, religious and spiritual ceremony, as fire was considered a divine gift and blessing as it’s smoke was an excellent medium to carry one’s intentions and prayers up to Heaven and to the gods.
